Great company - Customer Service Representative Southern Counties Express Employee Review

This company does not loyal or value their workers and does not value their hard work . The company is filled with hard headed bosses that don't care of your well being , they gas light and the open door policy just turns into gossip to all your co-workers . The Riverside , Fontana , Ontario and Compton Chapter are notorious for management changes and place people with no experience on being of the people and taking care of what they have now . They rather replace you thane keeo you , ' We are like a family here ' is the big lie my previous manager would paint us . This whole company is a Fat Joke !

the only good thing I can think of is that they hire new drivers. I would get my experience and get out as soon as possible.

they tell you your full time but in reality your only on call. its union and the union doesn't do anything for you besides collect their money every first, your driving out dated old trucks. you will work long hours they dont look out for there employees.
