The staff had close relationships and always worked together to achieve the same goals. The customer is always first, and we would strive to make that happen. We had fun on the floor and "rang the bell" to celebrate victories. I learned a lot at SCW and have taken that into my current position.

More company events such as more ice cream socials or barbecues would be beneficial to the staff. SCW's parties (especially Halloween) were great!

Constant room for growth, good commission structure, good insurance benefits.

Office culture is toxic to an almost unbearable degree due to idle gossip on the sales floor including from management and HR, a lack of communication from management on how to improve if you aren't equipped to figure that out yourself, and very little teamwork to be seen despite peddling a "family" mentality in official meetings. Rapidly increasing positional turnaround within the company leading to overworking in multiple departments.
