Great pay and benefits with plenty of opportunities for advancement. The people you work with are, for the most part, competent and well knowledgeable about their field.
Cons
The work delays and issues for the new AP1000 units has caused some shortened fuses with the higher up managers and in attempts to sure up some problem areas, discipline actions can come swift and sever at times especially to beginners.
