Working here is like watching a car crash in slow motion. What was once a good company is heading downhill fast. The organization operates in siloes with very poor communication, resulting in a lot of duplicated efforts and changes being made without consideration into how they will affect other teams. Recent system conversion impacting nearly every system the company uses was a major fail, making our jobs nearly impossible to do. The company is extremely lean and is seemingly flailing in the current environment. Upper management and executives are setting unachievable goals and unrealistic expectations of productivity while refusing to provide additional resources.
