      Plenty of work and extra hours available. Straight forward time sheet system. Annual leave usually aproved.

      Cons

      Money saving means outdated, unsafe equipment and cars that areno longer suitable or look good. No chances to progress. Lots of bitchiness and gossip in team, not managed well by line Manager.

      Friendly environment Great team building skills learnt Relatively easy work

      Cons

      Security is poor, many cases of shoplifting and threats of assault to staff members with the upper management doing the bare minimum to rectify this.
