Pros
Nice people, great benefits, good customers, quality products. Religious expression was also encouraged. Food was always present as treats.
Cons
Communication was lacking, executive team made terrible choices, and the procedures were borderline ridiculous. It seemed like they were in a perpetual state of evolving without getting anywhere.
