High turn over, so you can probably find a position quickly.

Cons

Very low pay and expectations of filling higher level positions/ duties without equivalent compensation or titles. Next to no training, managers expectations is that you self train by reading procedure manuals in your "down time" and be able to recall all information when called upon with a live customer in front of you. Routine disconnection from critical services like account holder databases, teller systems - sometimes for hours at a time. Very little opportunities for growth or additional career paths outside of retail banking as most of the support departments and additional services are only staffed out of Poplar Bluff or Chillicothe MO
