Pros

The job is scheduling trips for members with certain insurance eligibility. It's a super easy job and extremely easy to get passing metrics as long as you're doing what you're supposed to.

Cons

I've been with this company for going on 2 years and still have yet to receive any raise from my starting pay, even with almost perfect metrics.
