You are responsible for everything if the stagger screws up a pack of lumber they blame it on you you're responsible for keeping the entire yard clean when I say yard I mean the Green Yard to dry yard to dry shed everything you have an assigned area they eliminated the kill tenders position and added that to the forklift driver you run a key on by yourself plus one track of another they require you to wash the lift at the end of the shift blow out all filters make sure the motor compartment is clean you have to document every scratch on the machine even if you did yesterday you have to take a picture and send it to them everyday even though they know it's been there you have no days off no holidays no nothing you work Christmas Day Christmas Eve everyday you work it's like the rest of the mail just to show up and draw a check but the king left drivers are responsible for everything now I understand why they can't keep anybody employed back there and to kill supervisor is job insecure he doesn't want anybody succeeded they might have the capability of coming in there learning and taking his job

Get paid and enjoy all of the downtime.

Lots of hollering and confusion.Real fake tough guys with perfume and dress shirts scared and looking for anybody to blame.
