Sometimes too slow to get rid of poor performers

I have been with SSP well over 10 years.(almost 14) and it is a great company to work for. The leadership at SSP promotes success for both the employees and the company. They promote loyal and qualified employees from inside the organization. I have seen this approach since day one.

with growth over the years the hardest part is obtaining people who share our same goals and vision. Once they get their feet in the door, they are life longers, though.
