Flexible schedule; great co-workers; decent hours.
Cons
Every month at least two people quit or were fired. Management refused to train new hires on forklifts and other warehouse equipment yet paid them as much as experienced employees who had been there for years. Multiple injury reports because of the lack of safety precautions. If OSHA visited each store they would find so many safety violations it's scary.
