Woefully Underpaid & Undervalued - Purchasing Manager Southeastern Freight Lines Employee Review

Good owners (mostly) but terrible executive team. I was grossly underpaid for the level of work expected. Also, they only have figureheads of women and minorities in leadership. Everything is actually run by white men and several of those are family with zero qualifications or people skills. I'm sad I spent so much of my career here, working my way up, only to be humiliated with the salary they offered when I became management. I couldn't even speak. I just nodded and resolved to find something better. Eventually I did. This applies to the corporate office only. The field offices are much better to work in. The corporate office is garbage.
