Pay Vacation Shift Location Headphones - the ability to listen to music, books, etc. while working. Job training Supervisor management - very little micromanagement

Hours fluctuated Production environment Management Breaks - two 15 minute breaks, one 30 minute lunch (and the second break is only given if supervisors deem it necessary)
