Over 10 years of employment with this company. Provided decent income & health benefits for my family. The first 3 or 4 years this company provided an wonderful environment that rewarded hard work. The upper management truly understood how to value their employees.
Cons
A family owned company where the father passed the control of the company to the son. Many changes were made in Regional management which snowballed down the line. Personel changes in management created an atmosphere of fear and intimidation. The company uses it's long lost claim to to Christian principles to continue motivation of it's employees with well structured & consistent propaganda meetings.. It is a scam. The company has lost what once was a strong vibrant company.
