The owners and upper management put focus into driving success, but also making sure employees are fulfilled in the work they do. They listen to ideas from all levels and value everyone's input. No two days are the same, and it is a unique pleasure getting to work with different clients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and all your co-workers try to help each other out. I can't speak for everyone, but I believe we all feel accepted and appreciated. Most meetings with management ends with "Is there anything you need to be successful", which goes to show they want to remove any barriers employees may have.
