Job security, growing company, growing industry, progressive company, always looking for technology to help grow processes and production.

Times of heavy production can cause snow ball effects on entire operation, lack of middle management to consistently handle issues from floor team members. Company constantly growing.

The people here are fantastic. From the front office to the warehouse, you’ll find the best of the best. ESOP is nice, but like another review mentioned, the company could do more to promote it and get the employees to really believe in it. Hours are standard for each department. For the reviews complaining about hours, it’s probably because they couldn’t keep up and were the reason for long hours.

The ESOP. If you’re not going to get employees to understand and participate in it, then it’s a waste of time for anyone not in upper management. It’s just being used as a tax break loophole right now. Wish there had been more collaboration between different departments. There’s some smart people there that could bring insight to other departments.
