I have been at Sourceress for over a year and I cannot say praise the leadership and my colleagues enough for making this an excellent place to work! I have made strong friendships here and while yes, there can be pressure at times because it IS a start-up after all, the overall attitude here is friendly and fun! That is not to say that poor work is tolerated, one of the reasons I love it here is because everyone is smart, dedicated, and passionate about what the company is trying to do. If you're not the type of person who is always trying to improve and make an impact, it might not be for you. But if you're someone who thrives when given ownership and accountability knowing that it's OK to fail as long as you get back up, then you will love it here!
I read a previous review that said management was "closed off" and "non-responsive." I've found that to be the exact opposite of my experience. Leadership is available and actively responds to messages, concerns, etc. Plus we often do "AMA" with leaders as another way to ask questions and voice thoughts.
