      Modern technology stack and tools are in place. Employees suggestions are heard. Well compensation and appraisal. Project and task management are good.

      Cons

      I dont see any cons since workflow process is clear.

      Pros

      Team was great. They're very helpful and thought me a lot.

      Cons

      Awful management. Awful bosses. They don't care about you and you are / will be easily replaced. People come and go. HR person goes from 0 to 100% rage mode when you ask simple questions. Unprofessional. Not for the faint of heart. They will eat you alive. Just go elsewhere.
