Good Infrastructure. You can sit idol without learning. Can take long breaks.
Cons
* you will stop your learning here as no senior to train or guide you. * work is very less so you can forget your skills too. * you can be habitual of sitting idol. * Penalty amount need to pay along with notice period which is hard to understand * Loyalty bonus means 5% of your ctc will get deducted then can anyone tell me that how can it be a bonus. LOL. just a hack to stop employees hard earned money. * leaders are also having very less experience so how they can train their team members. 70% people are freshers or having 1-2 yrs experience. *You can get fired at any time with month notice due to any mood change of management. * First ever company where I saw appraisal meeting handled by an Account manager who does not know anything about actual work but pretend to be an owner and an intellectual man which clearly he is not. He is just a wrong advisor of this company. And soon it will get drown by taking his silly advises and directions. *
