Hi There, Certainly you have a lot of angst against the Organization and hence your post here which sounds more like a temper tantrum than constructive critical feedback. Also, I have one question to you, if SourceFuse is so bad an organization why have you been working here for over three years? Surely it takes much lesser to realize if a company is worth working for or not. All SFians go through a period of probation for three months upon joining, this period is not only for the company to gauge the employee but also for the employee to gauge the company- did you not see all these cons that you are listing down in that period? And if not then did you not even notice is upon completion of one year? Why then have you not looked for another job and moved on since you, as per your own confession, see nothing good in this company? Why my friend have you chosen not to move on? Secondly, increments, resignations etc all are strictly confidential processes, how do you claim to have knowledge of things that are only with management? Thirdly, I think your information on most matters is based on some false premise. Our office continues to be where it has been for the past four years, in all our locations. Fourthly, our salaries are always bang on time and much within the time stipulated by Labour Laws of India. Lastly, we at SF love honest feedback, even if it is critical, however I would suggest you learn professionalism and decency yourself, hiding behind an anonymous feedback forum and calling a senior member of our team names, is a thing only a disgruntled coward would resort to.
