9yThank you for your feedback. Giving an opinion on Glassdoor is certainly your prerogative, however; it only highlights an issue and does not help find a solution to it. For helping people give open and candid feedback we have platforms such as management listens, we would encourage you to use it to put forth your views and hope that you would be satisfied with the solution put forth.
As for asking people to leave, your numbers seem to be incorrect, we do not ask people to leave randomly, it is only done in case the person is a non performer, we believe in a culture of high performance driving excellence, if someone cannot fit into this culture, he/she would certainly do better in another place.
Please do address your concerns internally too so that the Management, with whom you seem to be dissatisfied, may be able to address your concerns.
