We get a chance to work on latest technologies here. Unlike most of the orthodox companies there, management recognizes our capabilities and gives us chance to grow and take the ownership, and do some satisfactory work. If proven worth, the Company recognizes you and can pay competitively better than industry standards. Reachable, open and friendly management. If one can leverage their ideas, this is the best place. As a fresher I have been lucky and privileged to get trained by the best hands of industry. I worked in SourceEdge for 5 years and it’s been an awesome journey of learning for me. The experience and the guidance I received here is all what I am today. Today I work for Microsoft, but SourceEdge is always my home.

We had 2 Saturdays a month as working days. But on request, all Saturdays are holidays now. Lil crunchy project timelines. There’s never an organization without cons. Just that it all depends on how much an employee is capable of leveraging its PROS in that situation.
