      Pros

      Although quite a few years ago since I worked there, I remember working with enthusiastic engineers who were great mentors and role models for a graduate like me.

      Cons

      As it was still in 'start up' mode, never knew if it was going to be successful or how well the company was actually doing. This was 10 years ago now...
