      Pros

      Some really nice people work at SD. The solution is good yet is a nice to have and not a need to have.

      Cons

      ELT is strategically weak. Constantly changing plans. Solution is overpriced as a bolt on. This is not a stand alone solution so they need to learn how to play in the channels.

      The economy has been a drain on folks we serve in distribution and manufacturing. We hear daily about their challenges and the impact on the humans involved.
