The interview process was a little bit weird as there were many people in the reception and I though they were competitors, however all interviews were very short, about 20 min long. They were recruiting many people all the time as the rate of people leaving this kind of position was very high. Usually the setup was outdoor, just outside of train stations or inside shopping malls. Sometimes the bad weather would affect the quality of the job and your overall mood. The locations aren’t always the best and sometimes you can have the feeling that you are bothering with your job presence.
At the beginning it is difficult to make a living based on commission payment, as it hard to make any sales until you develop and get more training and it is just not enough. At higher levels, where selling different products which have different target market it is probably different. I personally disliked the people I had to reach to pitch, from a busy train station in London, and other further locations and never enjoyed working outdoor during cold times.
