      Pros

      It lasted 45 years and was a family

      Cons

      It is a very unprofessional place. People are not treated equal and there are no true leaders. Way too many Directors and way to many people there that shouldn't be but Management doesn't listen and obviously not interested in what is best for the company.

      Pros

      -Good office atmosphere, fairly laid back and everybody has a good time at work most days. -Plenty of work to be done, rarely feel bored and do not feel rushed to accomplish 99% of tasks.

      Cons

      -Not the best benefits available.

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people doing the right things. One of the perks is that the company is small enough that you feel like your contributions are recognized.

      Cons

      Very simple - poor leadership in all categories. The benefits are middle of the road. Promotions are hard to come by because it is a small company.
