Pros
In my time working at Source Defense, I've quickly realized that collaboration and working as a team are not just words that were said during the interview process. I come into work every day knowing that I can make a big impact and confident that I have the help of my colleagues to get past any challenges/road blocks.
Cons
There are always challenges when working in a fully remote capacity, but that is nothing against Source Defense as they've done everything to make my transition as smooth as possible.
