MCR Operator's job is to stay in the control room and monitor the TV channels. Maintain the playlist and report the issues to the the management in a timely manner. Paid Holidays, Sick leaves, 5 days/ 40 hours a week.

There is no growth chances and the chances of pay increments are almost none. You can be asked to do any shift.
