      Pros

      Pretty chill job if you are comfortable learning the ropes then operating mostly alone. Along with great opportunities to meet amazing filmmakers! Really good fit if you are a people person and great conversationalist.

      Cons

      No pay increase and pay is low to begin with. Benefits aren't great.
