Pros

The work/life balance is great. Low pressure work for a growing company. The new building is amazing with tons of lunch options.

Cons

The work was absolutely boring, could call it "soul crushing." Most of the employees seemed to be stuck - they wanted to leave but the work is easy with decent pay.
