Pros
- the office and labs in Technoparc were very clean and suitable for a company in this industry - very friendly and cohesive team - despite the crazy startup environment, workload was mostly bearable
Cons
- large disconnect between executives and lower levels in terms of expectations and the feasibility of certain projects - very disorganized project management - last minute emergency requests are something to expect frequently - general doom/despair felt in the workplace wrt funding - very little room for growth
