Excellent benefits, great colleagues and middle managers, overall vision and goals are shared across the agency and make us successful in our projects and roles.
Cons
Leadership changes worsening overall morale and agency efficiencies, complete lack of trust in CEO and upper management, RTO mandates when hired as remote employees, lacking job growth opportunities, minimal/no pay increases that are below annual inflation rates, work life balance issues due to RTO mandates and people leaving the agency.
