They will work you to death, and then want you to work more after you die. The environment was super stressful. The turnover rate is 99%. In one year I seen 25 people in technical support come and go. Some stayed for a couple months, others, just a couple weeks. One guy didn't even make it through his first full day. No one ever gets promoted out of technical support. Once your there, your there. the only way to get promoted is to move to T2 or T3 in technical support or leave the company.
