Good coworkers, unfortunate leadership - Anonymous employee Sound Productions Employee Review

During my time there, my coworker that was visibly pregnant was put on an unrealistic PIP plan and then fired shortly after, which was a red flag. It felt like there was a lot of tension among managers and other leadership. General fear amongst coworkers towards CEO. I felt very surveillanced when working and that leadership did not trust me. Also- not a whisper of DEI work. I would say SP is a place you could learn and grow but if you have another offer that seems like a good cultural fit I wouldn't waste your time here.
