Great overall culture Flexibility when needed Awesome personal support system on the Westlake team A Pro and Con is software and technology are always changing - if it's working and cost-effective, it doesn't always have to be "fixed"
Cons
Workloads can be daunting No paid paternity leave for business colleagues, only clinical Mismanaged communication for changes with business colleagues With any healthcare company, the clinician side is always heavily favored for business processes (QGenda for example) I've experienced that any promotions or market pay increases received if 1) had another job offer or was about to leave 2) out of necessity as someone quit or moved on and taking on their duties
