Cons
Business Directors and above do not receive annual raises but are eligible for a “bonus.” The bonus is subjective and you never seem to hit the bar for the full amount. Thin staffing means you take on the roll you were hired for and multiple others once you prove competent. Limited room for growth and limited appreciation for the work that is done.
