Pros

If I really have to think long about this part, is there really pros about this company?

Cons

Well, I didn’t think long and hard about this section so the cons must exists. If you took the time to read the previous reviews, you probably saw the negative reviews on pay and benefits - they are not false. You are underpaid for the amount of workload and knowledge that you have. My colleagues that left before me were burnt out. We’d have almost the same workload as the higher ups & regionals, BUT they are paid 20x more and that is not even an exaggeration. To add, communication with regional leaders and management are horrible. You are not able to complete your work because they will not respond back to you for weeks, if not a month, and then fingers are pointed at you. Next con? Remote work flexibility. Sound mentioned reopening office and those that were always remote do not need to return but would have the option to work in office also if they wish. So positions that worked in office precovid are required to return. This is hypocritical because they’ve hired people to fully work remote for those in office positions. What exactly qualified them to be fully remote and how is this fair to those that desires the same? I already left and I am speaking for those that shared the same feelings as me. Not all of them want to return to the office and not all of them want to work hybrid so give your people the option!

Pros

work from home, smaller business, personable nurse manager

Cons

lack of training, then they blame you for not meeting training standards. For example only able to train odd hours that didnt work for me, then complained it took to long when i only trained 2 hours every other week. Of course it takes 2 months to train when only trained 1-2 hours every other week When I applied I said I had OB expierence but 30 weeks and under, then later complained I didnt know labor calls well enough. Most of calls were OB but it was advice for all areas and I KNOW triage and advice very well and would have been great assest to them Another MAJOR con is the pay. My other job paid 2.5 times more so of course they had priority when I trained, so if ya want to pay more, I would have trained any hours open first, but otherwise you are last on my list. Other call jobs pay the same and dont require you to be a RN, for example southwest airlines call agents etc . Anyway their loss
