The jobs are contractual which is always a risk. Our program was failing due to merger and there was not a whole lot of investment in keeping the program running; was doomed to fail which it did. The program charges top dollar to their customers and in turn spend a lot of frivolous money on things that are't necessary such as unlimited alcohol at events, excessive travel and perks to keep their docs happy. Computer software was not good and IT...well that's another story all together. Don't ever expect a raise.
