A dynamic, innovative organization committed to establishing best processes and practices that lead to improved quality of care for the patients we serve. A supportive leadership team that provides the tools necessary to support the professional development of employees.
Cons
Rapid growth has caused growing pains across the organization. Operational support departments are not always fully looped in on changes and many times lack the ability from an employee number, to support the work that comes with growth. Connection between department processes falters resulting in duplicate or missing processes and breakdown/error and subsequent employee disgruntlement.
