      Pros

      The one things the company has going for it is the work culture, as long as you are a physician and in the Tacoma office. If you are a business colleague or outside the Tacoma office, they give you lip service and empty platitudes.

      Cons

      Their transparency is a joke. They are transparent about c-suite being promoted to higher c-suite position and then hire from outside the company to fill the empty position instead of looking at the talent pool already in the company. If you don't come in as management, Sound is where your career goes to die.

      A paycheck at the very least.

      Cons

      Their contracts include a clause that if you say anything disparaging about them they will sue you to collect damages of up to 90k. Think about that? Does any physician want to work for an employer that has a toxic NDA written into their contract? If you are a physician desperate enough to be considering working for Sound, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This is akin to joining a malignant residency program. You will lose all of your autonomy. Run far far away.
