I don't have any negative comments about Sound Options.

I am committed to the company's mission of providing in home care to the elderly. It's personally satisfying to know that you are making a difference in the life of a vulnerable person. The company supports the employee's professional growth through training. Caregivers are the lynchpin of this business and having the sense that the company recognizes this and is willing to make an investment in me contributes to my job satisfaction. I worked in this industry for years without benefits. Now I have a health plan, an IRA and paid leave. This is another investment the employer makes in me to increase my job satisfaction.

Two key positions on the care supervision team have recently been vacated. I used to feel like I had support from the office. I could call if I had a problem and get help, even if it was just a listening ear to help me deal with the emotional costs of getting attached to a client and then having to watch them deteriorate. I don't have the same level of job satisfaction that I did 6 months ago.
