*Great culture *Good lab with high-grade equipment *(As an intern) Was given a lot of respect and responsibility quickly. I learned a lot but also did a lot.
Cons
*Small team with many projects, could be overwhelming at times *Could be disrupted by "crisis" problems that need to be solved. (It could spice up a boring day, but also be disruptive to workflow at times)
