Everyone who works in facilities here is having a direct impact on the SoulCycle experience for our riders. To facilitate this, we often work non traditional hours to avoid inconveniencing riders during their time at the studio. Furthermore, our facilities team is encouraged to work a manageable schedule unless its tending to an emergency. We apologize if you have felt uncomfortable with this practice at any time.
