Pros
Collaborative working environment with an easy going atmosphere. Every one provides the energy for a soulful experience. Scheduling is very flexible so very convenient for college students!
Cons
There aren't truly that many cons about working for SoulCycle, the only thing that I would consider a con is the high employee turnover that comes within the company
