Pros
SoulCycle has a knack for bringing great people together, you feel like part of a family with your team. Being able to take class for free is an awesome benefit! The customers are (most of the time) super nice and you build a meaningful relationship with your regulars.
Cons
The tasks in the studio can get repetitive, but the staff you work alongside always make it interesting. Not a very large crew (at least at my studio) , so if you need a shift covered it can be extremely difficult.
