8yWe do appreciate the feedback, however, this evaluation can't be a real one: We did not hire a social media manager and since we just got founded in summer 2017 that person could not have been with us for over one year as stated here.
A startup environment at times can be chaotic, but we have OKRs defined for every role and provide regular and structured feedback. Furthermore, we prioritize work on a daily basis to prevent anyone to work overtime.
