Free Food, Nothing else is good. Work pressure is too high. Keeps changing what needs to be done every 4-6 months in a store.
Cons
Fake standards. No proper training for new hires. Half methods. Partiality by area managers. No growth unless you know the upper management personally. No rewards for consistent work that puts your store at the top place.
