1. No Growth Opportunities/Development: There are absolutely no opportunities for growth or development in this company. Everything is controlled by management, and employees are expected to follow orders without any chance for innovation or personal growth. They prefer to hire fresh, inexperienced people so they can easily control them. 2. VERY VERY VERY TOXIC Environment: The workplace culture here is extremely toxic and discouraging. There is a severe lack of support, collaboration, and appreciation, which makes it an incredibly demotivating place to work. For example, people are selfish and unwilling to share information or knowledge with one another. We are instructed to cross-check information before execution, but those same people go behind our backs and complain to management, claiming they’ve already provided the information and that we are wasting their time. Besides, there is a clear bias against younger employees and team, with constant claim like 'young people doesn't know anything.' Certain individuals even gang up with other departments, creating an environment of bias and unfair treatment, further exacerbating the toxic culture. 3. NO Communication, Unorganized, & Unstructured Company: EVERYTHING here is just a mess. There is no clear communication between departments, which leads to confusion, errors, and inefficiency. The company is completely unorganized and unstructured. For instance, employees are frequently assigned responsibilities outside their job descriptions, often fulfilling requests from other departments without any recognition or appreciation. This lack of structure and communication creates unnecessary stress and confusion for employees, making it difficult to focus on their actual roles. 4. RIGID and TRADITIONAL COMPANY: This company is extremely rigid and resistant to change. There is a constant refusal to acknowledge mistakes or take accountability, which prevents any real progress or improvement. Instead of adapting to the evolving needs of the market or the company, the management insists on sticking to outdated methods and practices that have clearly become ineffective. The mindset here is stuck in the past, with a heavy focus on doing things the way they’ve always been done, rather than looking forward and embracing innovation or new ideas. This lack of willingness to change creates a stagnant and frustrating work environment, where growth and improvement feel impossible. 5. No Focus on Employee Well-Being: No real focus on employee well-being. Employees are expected to give their all, but in return, there’s a lack of perks, support, and recognition. The few perks that exist are traditional, outdated, and barely provide any real value. The lack of recognition and appreciation for employees' hard work further adds to the sense of being undervalued and unsupported. This disregard for employee welfare creates an unhealthy, demotivating work environment, leaving employees feeling ignored and disconnected from the company’s success. THERE IS STILL A LOT MORE TO SAY, BUT HONESTLY, I CAN'T EVEN FINISH. TRUST ME, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

It is only good if HR and GM favors u. If you like micromanagement and a yes maam, you are the favourite

Working in an environment where inexperienced and immature individual is highly trusted to manage can be dreadful. They keep breathing down ur neck, patrolling the office checking where everyone is. Meanwhile the very same people have done unethical things behind the CEO and got away from it. GM is fast to sweep away credit from u if results is delivered but also fast enough to blame u when things went south. What is even funny is these group of people makes decisions in everything and yet wont held accountable when problems occurred. Communication is completely poor. When there is a miscommunication from the top, u will be hold accountable when errors happened. HR will go above and beyond sabotaging former employees job applications and they will proudly speak about it amongst themselves. Unprofessional and unqualified individuals.
