There're many great things about SOSV. Such as it's very flexible, as long as you get your job done. You can chose work from home or coffee.

Not many Cons, one thing I can think of career development, after a few year. People leave to other jobs.

- Staff are given lots of responsibility (depends on your boss) - CEO has an amazing background - The firm has exposure to most key sectors and thanks to statistics (if you bet on enough horses, you'll get a few that are lucky) they manage to get a good IRR.

- Unbelievable amount of office rivalry and office politics - Staff are less educated than most other VC funds and add less value - Very low salary (half of most other firms) - Some regions perform much better than others yet carry is split.
