Pros

1. Very strong product and a credible problem space You are selling into real enterprise pain. The underlying tech has depth. This holds up in serious conversations with CIOs, Ops leaders, and transformation teams. 2. Access to large, complex accounts You get exposure to global enterprises and GCCs. Deals are strategic, not transactional. Good environment to build enterprise selling capability. 3. High ownership and visibility Small teams. You own accounts end to end. Direct access to leadership when needed.

Cons

1. Category is still forming You spend time explaining the problem before selling the solution. Sales cycles are long. Pipeline build takes effort. 2. Need for flexible positioning at times Messaging can change as the company refines its narrative. This creates friction in sales conversations and enablement. 3. Limited repeatable playbooks You build your own approach in many cases. Less support in terms of proven templates, assets, and deal structures. It's a whole new world.

Pros

Growth - the company has found an area with deep tech where there is a big opportunity to change work experiences for working teams. Everyone is very focused on the business goals to move the company forward. Leadership shares info on how the products / our work is making an impact to customers, and what needs to improve as well. Product and engineering continually trying to improve those areas to benefit the customer experience. 2. Smart people - Soroco definitely has some of the best talent, I work with really smart people and diverse teams, it makes the environment collaborative where learning is a constant.

Cons

Collaborating across time zones can be challenging and leads to long days, but that is expected in a global company that is growing at this fast pace. This is pretty much expected everywhere in organizations globally. The work guidelines allow for comp. offs and flexibility to adjust to varied hours - needs prior discussion and planning with managers though.
